1812 officer's dinner

A hands on experience where all attendees are given officer ranks for the duration of the meal. The meal runs according to the rules and regulations of the established officer’s decorum.

The "Private Byfield"

Enjoy private use of the Fort George grounds, which played a key role in the British defense during the War of 1812. Be welcomed by a Parks Canada interpretor who will provide a brief history of the Fort, then feel free to explore the historic buildings at your leisure.

The "Sergeant Spearman"

Includes everything in the Private Bayfield, plus:
Witness the Fort come to life as costumed interpreters transport your group back in time. Be awed by a demonstration of historic artillery that is guaranteed to be a blast.
