Pingo Canadian Landmark National Historic Site

Pursuant to section 12 (1) of the National Historic Parks General Regulations, the following activities are designated as prohibited in the Pingo Canadian landmark National Historic Site.

• Recreational use of all-terrain vehicles, dirt bikes or any type of off road vehicle (with the exception of snowmobiles) anywhere within the Pingo Canadian Landmark at any time of the year.
• Recreational use of snowmobiles anywhere within the Pingo Canadian Landmark from April 15th to October 31st each year.
• Recreational use of snowmobiles at any time of year on the actual pingos (from base upwards toward summit).
• Hiking on the actual pingos (from base upwards toward summit) from April 15th to October 31st.
