Calendar of events 2023

Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites and the Arts and Culture Colwood Society present In Sight Festival 2023 this September 9th and 10th. The two-day festival showcases local artists and cultural practices and is an opportunity for everyone to experience arts and culture through personal engagement in one of British Columbia’s most scenic oceanfront settings.

On Sunday (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.): 

Attendees can experience local visual arts, including plein air painters, local Indigenous artists and an art show.  

Royal Bay Secondary presents the Will Jackson Quartet at 10:45 a.m. followed at noon by Clanna Morna; an authentic Celtic group. 

One of Victoria’s top powerhouse bands; the Chris Millington Band, will be performing classic and contemporary Rock, R&B and Pop from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. 

The event finale will be a dance performance by the Joseph's Singers and Dancers at 3:30 p.m.
